Accord runs through oil rapidly on interstate. Has 206k miles.
I just took it to the shop and had a pcv valve replaced. they thought that the engine was worn out. Is there anything I can do without replacing the engine?

Go up to a heavier grade oil. Don't use a 10w30 or any multiple weight oil, but switch to either a straight 40w or 50w. In the past, I found that Kendall 50w racing oil seemed to work best in high mileage engines.
